Apartment 1 is a spacious and bright 64 m² two-bedroom apartment with beautiful sea views and access to the shared garden and patio.

• Large living room with a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed (140 × 190 cm) and a fireplace.

• Open-plan kitchen and living area with a sink, large stove and oven, refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family.

• Air-conditioned master bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm).

• Second bedroom located in the mezzanine above the living room, with three single beds (90 × 200 cm). Ideal for children, but also suitable for adults.

• Bathroom with bathtub, toilet, and essential toiletries.

Villa Evgenia has 7 apartments with a total capacity of 25–30 guests. We are happy to welcome families, groups, and larger parties, but group bookings must be arranged in advance.

Please note: Due to ongoing roadwork, the final kilometer of the road leading to the villa is currently damaged. It remains accessible for standard vehicles, including sedans and SUVs, but may be difficult for very low-slung vehicles such as sports cars.
